Costumes

The army is a military force made up of soldiers whose duties are to defend our country when entering war. The army is the land-based armed forces of a nation. It may also include other branches of the military such as an air force. These soldiers risk their lives to protect our nation; they must wear camouflage uniforms to disguise themselves from the enemy.

Typically the uniforms are tan or green pants, shirts and jackets to blend in with their surroundings. Sometimes a sand color is used for desert work. These uniforms have become very popular costumes and even worn as every day clothes. Kids love these army costumes when playing “Battle”.
