Witches have existed for hundreds of years. Witches are people who practice certain kinds of magic and super natural powers. Some witches use their powers for wickedness and to harm others while some are said to cure people of illnesses, and diseases. Many fairy tales have showed us both sides of these witches. For example in Snow white the step mother is an evil witch while in The Wizard of Oz we meet Glinda who is a good witch and helps Dorothy get home.
A witch is one of the traditional symbols for Halloween. There are so many types of witch costumes for this halloween. To dress as a conventional witch you may go for a long black dress with a pointy black hat, pointy black shoes, a long dark wig and an ugly nose or perhaps you may want to opt for a sexier witch look, with a shorter dress and some high heels.
